Chroma Visualizer has disappeared from Connect Tab

I have been using the inbuilt Chroma Visualizer in Synapse 3 no problem but it has now since disappeared from the Connect tab and i don't know how to get it back. Visualizer still shows in the top bar and when i click on it i am constantly welcomed with the "You must first enable Audio Visualizer from the Chroma app list" message which isn't helpful as it doesn't show there anymore. Chroma Apps button is activated and i have uninstalled and removed any trace of Razer or Synapse3 from my PC and reinstalled multiple times but it hasn't fixed it. Anyone know how to solve this issue?
