Unresolved case - Agent stopped responding/closed case.

Hi, I've had an open technical support case since July 13th. The agent closed the case without resolution on November 11th. (as stated by them) I responded on the 11th and have yet to receive any further communication. How do I get this actually resolved? Case# OMITTED
