Kraken TE Low mic volume

Hello,
I have been struggling to find a fix for a low mic volume issue. I have removed Synapse a few times, reinstalled synapse, checked the mic volume is boosted in synapse and device manager, and just about everything else I was able to find online. Not sure what else to do.
