Razer Blackwidow TE chroma doesn't respond when switchin lighting effetc

Try first two things delete all prfiles on device tab and on chroma module if you set something there if this dont help uninstall all razer softwere remove files that might stay on your hard drive go to device menager remove keybord and unplug it with all other razer devices from your pc reboot pc when windows start plug keybord and install synapse then create new profile nad try again to set something that you want.

Hello, I have a Razer Blackwidow TE chroma for a couple of years now and recently i wanted to switch the effect on my keyboard, and it didn't respond when is did so.( I use Razer synapse 3) It just stays on Spectrum Cycling when i choose for example Wave. Is there anyway to fix this as this is really annoying bye!
