razer turret for xbox one keyboard keys sticking

I bought the new razer turret for xbox one about a month ago and i noticed while playing that the wasd keys would get stuck in game, (not physically stuck). This problem will not stop happening and it makes gaming competitvely very frustrating. This keyboard mouse combo cost close to 300 dollars with tax and this is unbellievable. Does anyone know if there is a way to fix this?

    Hi there! You might want to check if a macro had been accidentally recorded. Have you tried using another profile? Also, have you tried using it with a PC or another console to see if the issue persists? If you haven't, please do and let me know how it goes.
