Problems with Death Adder Elite on Mac

Hello, about a week ago I purchased a Razer Deathadder Elite from Target. I began using the mouse and it was working great until I started to play League of legends. In the loading screen, I noticed it was incredibly laggy and jumpy, so I turned down my DPI hoping that it would solve the issue but it was still happening. Ive calibrated it on Synapse, and also uninstalled that and tried again. I've also had this problem with a Logitech mouse I had bought a few days before. Not 100% sure what the issue is here since it works as it should when I'm not playing a game, but as soon as I go fullscreen thing get wonky. Hoping for some answers, Thanks.
