Hi, Purchased a new Trinity as my old 2.21 was wearing out. This mouse takes ages to transfer over a profile like a few minutes (Diablo 3) id no game running switches immediately, when running in game it can switch to play wrong keys and just stall or go crazy. Anyone else have issues with the trinity? and can it be fixed before i take it back and buy another brand. The old one was reliable and great, this new version has real issues. Regards Black_Widow

      I can inly say try to remove profiles and create new ones and link to game if dont help remove all razer softwere then remove files in appdata nad programfiles and reboot download from razer website new installer and try,

      Hi @Black-Widow777! Can you put this on a video so I can get a better understanding of your situation? By the way, what troubleshooting steps have you taken so far to try to fix the profile switch delay?
