Razer Nari echo

Hello! What specific model of the Nari do you have? Have you tried using it on another device (like a PC) to see if the issue persists?

I have the plain razer nari (not the essential nor the ultimate) and i have tried it over PC and the sound is worse there is like some static sounds that happens when you enable THX Spatial Sound but the echo persists. Its unusable for PC right now, friends keep complaining on the echo and to add insult to injury the sound has a static to it. Just on PC

I also have the same issue except so far its only on xbox. My party always complains of an echo from my mic. I have tried lowering the volume and it helps but it is not a fix

I just bought a razer nari and my friends keep telling me that they hear themselves through my mic over Xbox . I tried to play around with the settings but still nothing but i have noticed that when the game volume is low it fixes the problem and when i have it at the highest they can hear themselves but if i lower the game volume i wont be able to hear anything (but its not the sound from the mic that seeping through),

I’ve put in about 6 hours on it so far and have tried adjusting every setting that I can adjust on the console. I can make the echoing less dominant, but only by lowering sensitivity and volume levels which obviously hinders game play and is not a fix for the issue. The echoing has to stop. Can somebody please help with this?
