Razer Blackwidow Elite Keeps Disconnecting
So I recently bought the new Razer Blackwidow Elite. I plugged to my pc, the Synapse software prompted for an update, I clicked install, I was able to use the keyboard for like 10mins before I restarted my pc bcoz the software wanted me to and that's when the problem started. After the restart every time I launched the Synapse 3 software the keyboard keeps connecting and disconnecting. Only way I can use it if I close the software every time but then I loose all my rgb profiles and Razer Hypershift can't be used.
The Blackwidow Elite connects and as soon as I am able to do anything it disconnects if the Synapse software is running. Razer support please help!
