Razer Kraken Quartz Edition not working with Razer 2 phone
Bought less than a month ago, headphones are clear on my computer, but as soon as I plug them into my Razer 2 phone, the sound is instantly muffled, can't hear singing, only the musical instruments. I tried a pair of apple headphones with my phone to double check it wasn't the phone that was an issue. Also tried different settings in the DOLBY app. I tried different usbc adapters as well- still the same issue.
Any ideas on what could be the problem? TIA.

Hi @bbfowler. It is possible that the DAC dongle of the RP2 isn't giving enough power to your Kraken Quartz Edition. Make sure that the dongle clicks in then try to use an audio/mic splitter adapter cable when testing to make sure audio is isolated.
