Razer Blade 15 keyboard lights out after 4 months

So after paying a bunch of money for my new Razer Blade 15, within 4 months, the left side of my keyboard lost backlighting. I've tried rebooting it, changing the Chroma settings, but no avail.

Not working backlight keys:
ESC, F1, `, 1, (tab), Q, (caps), A, S, (shift), Z, X, (ctrl), (fn), (windows), (alt)

Has anyone run into issues like this with these laptops? I paid almost $3k for the 4k touch version and didn't expect a hardware failure within 4 months 😕

ps... Already had to replace the external power supply after it sparked at the wall and stopped working.

Hi @KanklesMcDollar. I'm sorry to hear that. Do the aforementioned keys still work and what troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? If you haven't yet, please try to uninstall both Synapse and keyboard drivers then reboot so the system can download generic drivers. Send me a PM with your results along with the link to this thread for reference. Let's continue this from there.
