Razer Nari : I can't make my micro works

I have done all the settings shown in the notice : I selected "nari game" as default device on payback tab, "nari chat" as default communication device on payback tab and "nari chat" as default device on recording tab. The sound works but the micro doesn't . I have checked all the settings and I did all the test, I don't understand. ( it is not mute...) Can someone help me ? Thank for reading and sorry for my english.

    I add that I tested the mic with the 3.5 mm combo cable on my phone and it worked so it seems to be a setting problem. Plus the mic also doesn't work on PS4...
