Please help! Razer Phone USB not recognized. Phone won't enter MTP

Hello all, I am trying to transfer some media files from my Razer Phone and find its USB won't connect (the phone still charges though). The option is even grayed out from the Connected Devices menu. I tried to enter Developer Mode and messed around with the options but no use.
