Opinion on Black Widow Mercury behavior

I was given the above mention keyboard for X-mas last year but I had problems with it (submitted a ticket but there was no solution). Its been sitting in its box for almost a year now. I bought a replacement but I'm building a white theme rig for my daughter and really want her to use the keyboard. Anyways, here are my issues with the keyboard, please be aware I have connected the keyboard on three different computers with the same results. 1.Keyboard will stop working, must be unplugged and plugged back in. 2.keyboard will not work on PC boot, must be unplugged and plugged back in. 3.Keyboard will not work in Bios using USB 2.0 port, must be unplugged and plugged back in. 4.Keyboard will not work in Bios using USB 3.0 port, must switch to USB 2.0 port 5.keyboard will not light up and wont work at all, must be unplugged and plugged back in. 6. keyboard will/will not light light up and every keystroke will be repeated at least 50 times, must be unplugged and plugged back in. What say you?

    Try resetting the keyboard through the Razer Synapse 3.0 settings. Check if the behavior happens while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is closed or disabled. You may also replicate the Razer Blackwidow's behavior by connecting it to a different USB port or computer (with or without an installed Razer Synapse 3). I’ll be locking this thread now.
