Razer basilisk ultimate doesn´t work

I can´t use my razer basilisk ultimate with the wireless dongle. It only works with the USB cable. I tried to update the firmware of the mouse but it stopped at 40% and restarted the update. Also I tried to synchronize the mouse with the dongle and used mouse pairing utility application and it failed. It says that it can't be done. Why is that happening? is it the dongle, because i already tried to use it in other computers and still doesn't work. Can someone help me please.

Can you send me a screenshot of the error message when you've updated its firmware and when you've used the mouse pairing utility for further review? For now, please ensure that you have the latest Windows version by following the steps on this page. I'd also appreciate it if you'd send me the serial number of your device and a screenshot of your MSINFO32. I can use that to take a closer look at your system and look for other possible solutions. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
