Razer Raiju Ultimate PS4 stick drifting issue

Hello

I have already change the controller once , first one went unresponsive after the firmware update.

On the second one I have notice a heavy booth stick drifting, I did the firmware and it got better but it is still there and it’s very annoying in FPS games.

Can you please contact me to help to solve the issue?

Hey there! Thanks for posting your concern to our Support board. This is not the ideal experience that we want to see from while using our controllers. What's your controller's current firmware version? Does the issue happen to a different port on your gaming console? And if it is feasible, have you tested your Razer Raiju Ultimate to a different gaming console or to a PC and see if the issue persists? Does the issue happen to different games as well?

Thanks for sharing. Have you tried pressing the reset pinhole button of the controller with a narrow object for 60 seconds? You can find this under the M4 button. If the issue persists, please send me a PM and let's continue there.
