Thereser wired and wireless problem


Hello. I buy a headset wireless and wired thereser (not the 7.1) for PS4 but i have a problem. When i AM in a party, i do echo. Have a friend that have a 7.1 edition that say to me that he headset do The same but he have a option to secure the mute botion and have a sound that disable his voice and the echo dissapear. But in my headset i cant do that. Is there any update for the headset to do that? Why I have echo? Buy it yesterday but for now i AM very dissapointing

Please if someone have any help i will appreciate.. if not i have to change it. Another thing. If i configure the headset on PC and Turn on the eco canceling, that save it for PS4? Is There any firmware update for the headset? Now another bug. I try to regist the headset.. but in sound doesnt appear to choose the thereser. So i cant register the produt

Hi! Where did you purchase the headset? You mentioned that you are unable to register it? Also, try using the headset on a PC and check if the echo is still there.

I am from Portugal.. i buy it on Worten. I cant register it on PC because The serial Number start with letters different from the register( dont have The option to choose Thresher.) and echo is still there on PC i tried on discord.. but i only whant the micro for ps4

Can you send me a picture of the serial number via PM so I can check it on our end?

Sorry..i already Change it. A friend of mine talk to The suportte and they say the micro is not working well but i prefer to take money back until occuour The same error with The Next. TKS anyaway
