Synapse spatial sound is not detecting games and theres a costant ticking sound
I bought the headset earlier today and have been using it for maybe 4 hours and its already ticking and the spatial audio wont detect any of my games even after updating firmware and setting game as my default audio device

taydolfHi there! That's quite odd. Thanks for sharing this to our support thread. What's your headset model? Are you using Razer Synapse while using the headset?

Ok so i temporarily fixed it by doing a clean reinstall of the drivers but it happened again with the thx spatial but this time when i went to do another install it didnt actually do anything so now i dont have thx spatial

Gotcha! Please to go to your Windows search box and key in services.msc. Look for THXService and ensure that the Startup Type is set as Automatic and Service status is running,
