"Plugged in, not charging" Razer 15" 2018
So Windows 10 reports my new Razer as being "plugged in, not charging", if I take the power cable out it instantly switches off. Battery is reported charged at "82% available". Power brick has a green light on it and all connections seem solid (i.e. not wobbly). Would this be a hardware or software issue and can someone tell me how to get it fixed please?
