Razer Goliathus Chroma Extended doesn't glow in some colors

So i last week bought Razer Goliathus Chroma Extended and it doesn't glow in green and purple i belive, on synapse it shows that green should be glowing but instead my mat doesn't glow at all. I ordered it with Razer deathadder and mouse is working perfectly well. So did i mess up somewhere or is mat broken? Hope somebody can help me with my problem. Thanks.

    Can you post here a video of the said issue? Also, try to use different chroma lighting to isolate the said issue.
