when on discord (and when in games and using in game voice chat) my friends tell me i am very quiet or that my mic makes me sound like i am whispering when i am clearly not. i have every slider i could find all the way up, i have checked drivers are up to date and changed the settings on Synapse to see which would work best. the only time i get decent volume is when the mic is basically in my mouth but as soon as i move it a bit away i get hardly anything. i also make sure i have the correct side closer to my mouth and not the air vent or whatever it is.
Also when i test it through the computer/windows microphone test it says that only “5% of total volume” and would only go higher than that when it was touching my lips.
