So I've already posted about this but since then I've got another one of the controllers and this one has the same issues only not as hard as the first one. Should I update the firmware or not?

Hey @cAtChMexd, what firmware version are your controllers currently on? Please send me a PM with the serial number of both controllers so I can properly document your case.
