Hi, I have a small problem, I connected a new keyboard to the PC, the keyboard lights up rainbow and when I press a button, it stops lighting up rainbow and only lights up the pressed green buttons and the windows do not respond. I uninstalled the drivers, reinstalled Razer Synaps and I don't know if it's damaged or I'm doing something wrong. I will add that I have Windows 10 and Synaps can see the keyboard but I can't configure the backlight. I connect keyboard to other PC and everywhere is the same problem.

    I'm pretty sure it has to do with the fact that it's one of their cheap membrane keyboards and light affects is something you might lose for buying a cheap keyboard. As for the windows problem, I guess that your hardware is damaged in someway. Probably the package or you might have done something to it, I don't know.
