Unable to sign into Synapse 3

I pruchased the nari ulitmate headset. I created my account using my google account which i am currently signed into now posting this. When i try to use my google credentials to sign into Synapse it says my password is incorrect for my email account. I use the forgot password and never receive my password reset email. I would like to sign into Synapse so i can configure my headset. Though I am surpised to be required to sign in to the software at all.
