Nari Ultimate Issues

So, since getting the Nari Ultimate I've had nothing but issues when using this it. So, my first problem: I'm using Synapse version 3.3.1216.122121 and with all audio coming into the headset (music the most) I get a constant crackling and distorted sound no matter what EQ preset or settings that I adjust. This only happens on pc. I've tried usb 2.0 (which for some reason, gives me better wireless range) and 3.0 and sit maybe 2ft from the receiver. It makes them unbearable to use. When I use these as wired headphones on my phone or use them wireless on my ps4 I get zero crackling. My 2nd issue is while using them on my PS4, if I plug the dongle into the front usb port directly, I cannot be more than 3ft away from the PS4 or the audio constantly cuts in and out. However, placing the dongle at the end of a usb extension cable gives me the normal wireless range of the device. If it helps, I am running Windows 10 Pro Version 1809 Build 17763.195
