Connecting Wolverine Controller

I bought the Tournie Ed. Wolverine this past October and it worked fine on my old laptop (installed setup upon plugging and functioned in game), but now that Im trying to use it on my PC, its not being picked up at all by the computer. I've already installed Synapse for Xbox but that hasnt helped it detect the controller either.
