Razer mamba 2016 leds won't turn on while i use it wirelessly

    Hello! Does it only happen when used wirelessly? Are you still able to use the mouse or does it completely turn off? Let me know.

    The mouse works perfect in wired mode, but in wireless mode the mouse works normally, but the leds won't turn on, i tried slowing down the polling rate, i also tried restarting my pc and i tried turning on and off the leds in the razer synapse and it didn't do anything.
