Razer Deathstalker Won't Detect

My razer deathstalker suddenly stopped working. It goes green then black then rainbow wave and then when I try to type on it the color turns into black then green again and I can't type. What should I do to get this fixed because this happened to me before and I gave it to fix and then they gave me a new one and now they won't fix for me anymore.

    I understand how you feel. The great keyboard suddenly going offline. Try connect the keyboard to another PC and install the correct Synapse, and see if it is an issue with the OS. If I'm correct, DeathStalker V1 was released back in 2012. Sometimes it is hard to let go of something so expensive, and nothing lasts forever. My Original BlackWidow V1 Orange Switch was going so well until early 2022; until the Up button was started to play up, from then it is a headache of one issue after the another. So in the end, I have decided to upgrade to Huntsman Elite
