Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Earbuds bad connection

Hi everyone, i'm Ben from Germany, hope my english is understandable... i have a Problem with the wireless earbuds. When i for example go for a walk with my dog and i have my phone (Razer Phone) in the pocket of my trousers, the connection is very bad, i barely hear something on the earbuds of my music from the phone, it's just stuttering. If i raise the phone before me the connection is good, not very good (still sometimes short breaks), but good. Seems like when parts of my body are between my phone and the earbuds, the connection gets bad. Also during calls. Crazy thing about it: when i arrive at home and walk around in my house, the connection is flawless, even if the phone is in my pocket or few meters away.
