4 second screen blackouts on Razer Blade Advanced every minute.

I bought a mercury razer blade advanced late 2019 and recently it has started to have this problem where no matter what I am doing (running big games, working, checking emails, or taking notes for school) the screen will quickly blackout for 3/4 seconds and then resume. When I am at home or at my office and plugged into an external display, the blackout will cause my window to be inaccessible for a few minutes. I can't change the tab, open a new window, or resume my youtube videos. This happens weather or not I am plugged into a wall outlet, if I have peripherals plugged in, pretty much every scenario. I triple check every day to make sure my windows and graphics card drivers are updated. Not sure why this is happening as it has only started recently and it seems to be getting worse and more frequent. Has anyone had this problem? Tips, suggestions, thanks!
