why is my current rig not supported by Razer Cortex Booster Prime.

hello, I built a new gaming pc about 6 months ago and I'm unable to use booster prime. I have a radeon rx 6800xt gpu, ryzen 9 5900x cpu, and a rog crosshair VIII x570. unless it doesn't support amd I'm not sure why it doesn't work.
