Razer Sypnase Problem

When I Installed Synapse for the first time in the mixer tab it appeared all of the apps I was using, now when I go to the mixer tab its empty. Alredy tried reinstalling it still having the problem, any tips?

    Same issue here and i can't find anything on forums. I need this to switch to 2.0 or 7.1. I currently have Escape from Tarkov set to 2.0 as i was experimenting and can't seem to get it back. Has anyone encountered this and successfully fixed it? Thanks!

    Hello, Possession of a Kraken 7.1 V2 audio headset. For 3 days, the Sypnase application poses problem. Function 7.1 no longer works because the mixer tab is empty. (Windows 10) The headset has been tested on another station (Windows 7), and the application Sypnase, the mixer works very well. For the moment, I have no solution to this problem. Thanks !
