razer hammer head duo (1st Gen) right ear bud doesnt charge??

does anyone have any solutions on how to fix this problem? the ear buds are 1 month old and the right earbud doesnt want to work. i dont know if its casued do to it not charging or its not paired together. Does anyone know any solutions?
