I can not login into my Razer account in Synapse

When I am starting Synapse, the login screen pops up, but i cant login with my account... I allready tried it with an other account from my friend, but it did not work...

    Hmmm that means it's not a problem with your Synapse account. Have you tried reinstalling it? Don't be afraid to contact Razer Support! They're super helpful and friendly!
