Until recently I've been using my Razer Nari headset without a functional mic because of some out of the box software/firmware issue. Every few weeks I would search online for a possible fix and months later I finally got it to work by uninstalling everything and installing firmware v14_r4. I was so relieved to finally have a functional mic on a headset I spent $150 on. Literally within one day of full functionality, it now refuses to power on at all. The charging light does not come on when I plug it in. I've tried different power sources and different cables (including the one it came with) but it still refuses to respond in any way. The day it stopped working I specifically remember trying to power it on like I normally would and the halo light around the mic tip lit up for about .5 sec and it hasn't responded to anything since then. I'll save everyone the sob story about how inconvenient and frustrating this has been. I'm really tired of paying top dollar for name brand products and having to jump through fiery hoops to get them to work... out of the box...
