Razer Nari (PC Version) compatibility with Xbox One

Hi all, I'm new here, but have been using Razer products for years. I have a question regarding the PC version of the Nari headset (the regular $150 one). It says it's compatible with Xbox One consoles via the included 3.5mm cable, but I cannot for the life of me get it to work. I plugged it into my controller with the cable, but the sound still comes through my TV and not the headset. I would REALLY like to get it working, because for now I only have a cheap XB1 headset that isn't as comfortable or as good audio quality as the Nari. Please help! Thank you in advance. :)

First, check if the Nari works on PC using the AUX cable then check if the other headset works when plugged into the controller. This way, you can test which one is faulty.
