Black Widow V4pro - Number pad does not work

Hello,
I now have a keyboard with a German layout. I had to use one with a numeric keypad. It's not a problem, but it should work. Can someone please tell me as a non-expert where I have to set whatever in Windows 10 pro, or what else to do thanks

Try to reinstall your keyboard’s drivers by following the steps below:

 

1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.
2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".
4. Right-click on the Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro and select Uninstall device.
5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.

The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
