Razer Blackshark V2 Doesn't work THX 7.1

Hello to everyone, Previously I was using Razer Tournament edition. THX was not working in it either. I fixed it with the format. But I bought Blackshark V2. I installed the software. The sound settings and equalizer are working but the THX part 7.1 part does not work. There is no change in sound when it is turned on and off. I'll leave a sample photo below. I deleted it did not install. I formatted it on the computer, it is still not resolved. Thanks.

    We have been made aware of this, and we are already looking into it. For now, please send me the serial number of your headset, the OS build version, and your Realtek audio driver version. To make sure that we're on the same page. Can you confirm if you're still getting audio output with THX enabled? *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
