synapse keys dont work

sometimes the keys with synapse macros from my black widow keyboard just stop working. and if i want to change the profil my razer synapse software is just lagging as hell. the problem is solved by just unplug and plug again the keyboard. but i dont want to dot this all the time... i reset the keyboard but it didnt help at all. (my mouse also from razer is just fine) anyone is known of this problem?
