Razer electra v2 stopped working

Yesterday I was gaming with my headset and suddenly they stopped working. The lights that are near the earcuffs were off even if when I disconnected and connected the headset again. This model has a problem that suddenly they "disconnect" but the lights are still on but this wasn't the ocassion.

los pudiste solucionar, a mi me paso lo mismo a los dos meses de uso y aun no pasa nada :c
