Razer Kishi saga continued
I ordered my Razer Kishi for Xbox on August 7th and it was determined the unit was faulty. I was given an RMA number and returned the defective unit for a replacement. After delays, I finally received the replacement Razer Kishi but it was the Razer Kishi for Android and not the Razer Kishi for Xbox which is a more expensive and different product.
Can someone please reach out to me from the support team to help me get the correct product? I will be glad to provide all of the original order information and RMA number in PM.
