Razer Phone 2 notification

Hello! He did something in my phone and there is no more sound notification when messages arrive at the messenger and watsup. I tried everything, in the application settings everything is ON. When the message arrives there is only vibration. Regular SMS and calls, work fine. What should I do?

    Try to uninstall the affected applications. Restart your phone then reinstall the apps. Try to check if the sound is back. If you still have the same issue, please send me a PM together with the serial number of your Razer Phone 2. Let's continue from there.
