Razer Blade Stealth 2019 c states

Using throttlestop, I see that the razer blade stealth cannot go to higher package c states other than c3. Will this be addressed in a BIOS release? I would assume this will increase battery life. I have noticed the c3 level for all power states, plugged and unplugged.
