Razer Phone 1 touch screen repair or replacement help?

I've had my razer phone since launch and have loved the phone, but recently the touch screen has gotten worse and worse to the point where it is unusable with unresponsiveness and ghost touching, I've been waiting with high hopes that the razer 3 would get announced soon if it's happening but my phone is pretty much unusable now and with no razer 3 in sight I was wondering what if any options I have other than getting a new phone with a new provider.
