Kitty Kraken BT Edition, it has some weird stains or marks on the ears

Hi, my Kitty Kraken BT arrived yesterday! I was very excited but it sadly got some black/grey stains on the ears, I tried putting warm cloth on them, erase them with an eraser (lol), I tried using paper towels with a little bit of water but nothing worked. I tried looking up info for this on YouTube or Reddit but I couldn’t find nothing, should I contact costumer service? Could anyone please give an advice on what to do to erase them?

Uhm sry cant help you with that (would just sent it back and want new one bc every other stuff can maybe dmg them and then support will say it was your fault) Anyway i have another question do you have issue on the PC with this Headset with the Stereo and Handsfree option. When you use the Mic the sound disappear or stuff like this?

I’ll try customer support then, thanks! The headphones work perfectly fine, the headset is synchronized with my pc and it works perfect without any defect, it was just the stains that caused me an issue, thanks :)
