Razer 7.1 Audio wont let me select output device.

Hi, I recently got a Kraken X (and a Kraken X for console... but that doesn't much matter. Neither seem to fix this issue) and it came with a 7.1 surround activation code (so did the other one, so I have two) and it seemed to work fine when I applied the code, but when I get to the Enable Surround Sound screen, everything is greyed out. Both the enable button and the select output device dropdown can't be used: https://i.imgur.com/87U3eTM.png I also tried using the THX spatial audio, but the same issue happens there. Anyone by chance know what might be causing this?

    That's interesting. Do you mind sharing a screenshot of your Sound Control Panel? There should be at the very least one selectable device, which usually appears as your computer's sound card driver. PM the serial number and screenshots. I'll take it from there. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
