Headset turning on and off randomly

So I've had a Razer Kraken 7.1 v2 for about a year and it does this thing where it randomy turns on and off every 5 or so minutes. does someone know what i can do to fix this?

Hi there! Just to clarify, what did you mean by the Kraken 7.1 V2 turning off? Have you tried plugging it into other ports or PCs to see if the issue persists? Also, when did the you start to notice the issue?

so it basically disconnects, same way if i would plug it out from the usb port. i have tried multiple other PCs and all the usb ports on my pc and it does not stop doing this. It has been doing it for about a week and a half.
