Razer Blackshark V2 X - No Sound

I followed each and every step via the directions on Razer.com as well as watched the video on Razer.com and double checked but there is still no sound. I contacted customer service and was given a case number but have not heard back from anyone. Is there something I am missing after following and reverifying the steps listed and shown in the video. Thanks!
