Razer opus mobile sound quality terrible
I am overall very satisfied with my razer opus (black), and when I listen to music on my pc it sounds really crisp and overall great! But when I listen on my phone the sound quality is very bad, especially on the bass spectrum. It sounds like somebody is playing it through a crappy microphone. I have the razer audio app on my iPhone 8. This also sometimes happened when I am in wired mode on my pc (Msi gh75 slim I think). Is this a Spotify, a iPhone or a razer problem? If you know anything about how I can fix this, the let me know! Thanks!

UltraRedclassicgarden678Does it happen when playing music from a different audio app or media? I've noticed that some audio qualities are not good for both YouTube and Spotify. If you have an audio file in FLAC format, please test the headset and check if the sound quality is still poor. Also, have you tried pairing the headset to a different mobile phone and check if the issue persists? Try adjusting the audio settings in the Razer Opus mobile app too. Should the issue persists, please send me a PM.
