Issue with synapse and keyboard not apperaing

I've got the same issue with (maybe?) the same keyboard, and older Blackwidow chroma (not V2/v3 or 2019) model number RZ03-0122 the keyboard still works fine but isn't detected by Synapse, and doesn't seem to have any special drivers installed. device manager shows my 'razer blade' 'razer naga pro' and a bunch of HID keyboard device drivers, so I'm guessing that my keyboard is working with some generic drivers. I figured I could find the right drivers for Blackwidow chroma online, and can even found a page on the razer website: Razer BlackWidow Chroma | RZ03-0122x Support but when I click the 'download software and firmware updates' option on the page it only shows newer versions of the blackwidow. am I using a keyboard that has now been End-of-life'd from a support perspective? anyone know if the V2 drivers will work for this older keyboard? I'll give it a try I suppose

Yep I should have read the page closer. anything older than 2018 does not have firmware or software available for download. if you've got the same keyboard as I, you may be SOL, unless there are drivers archived somewhere on the web & they still work with synapse (or if the issue is something else entirely... I am no expert on these things)

Ah that might be why then, that's a shame then if you are limited in what you can do in synapse if its an older keyboard. I'm still pleased I bought it though, only £12. Can't go wrong really

Hey, last week I bought a Razer Blackwidow x chroma second hand. The keyboard works perfectly fine, however, I am struggling to set up Synapse correctly. I can get visualizer to work fine but I cannot open studio at all and the device does not appear in a section called device as I have seen with other users. It is likely I am being an idiot but any help will be much appreciated. Cheers Noah
